Spring Term 23 recap
Second term at our north London YPS location was brilliant. Our young actors in training were focusing on devising theatre (younger class) and script analysis and performance (older class). The students developed a range of skills including, improvisation, movement, mask-work, physical theatre and performance.

Industry workshops included: Physical Theatre with actor, Marina Tapakoudes and Fight Combat with stunt-man Marcello Walton and Improvisation with director, Lotte Ruth Johnson. The term was concluded with a sharing to parents.

This Term overview
This term, our London classes will be focusing on screen acting. Alex will teach them how to self-tape with a chance to film their own self-tape in class. A valuable skill as an actor! Then the second half of the term, we will invite our professional cameraman to give the students a chance to film their rehearsed scenes.

Industry workshops: TV Casting workshop with actor Molly Wright, Shakespeare with actor Robert Cavanah, and filming session with filmmaker, Yusuf Bhaimia.
