The Young Pro School of Acting Limited is committed to protecting and maintaining privacy and operates a very transparent and robust policy.   In case, any customer, or someone who makes an enquiry with us, wishes to have any further information on our data policy, or how their data is stored or shared, they can contact us via email or telephone, and we will be happy to assist and explain. 

 

COLLECTION OF DATA

When an application is completed, or an enquiry is made over the telephone or via email, a secure system is in place that stores the details any individual, organisation, company, association or other entity voluntarily gives to us.

REASONS FOR DATA COLLECTION

Data will only be collected when any individual, organisation, company, association or other entity volunteers such information to us, in the necessary execution of a payment for an order, and necessary information for delivering an order to the required address/destination, as well as providing customer assistance when necessary.  Any promotional emails, or informational newsletters may be sent to subscribers. If a non-subscriber wishes to be removed from any such campaigns or an email was received in error, they can contact us.

ENQUIRIES FOR INFORMATION

When an individual, organisation, company, association or other entity calls us or emails us for any enquiries or information, we will request, a name, contact number and email where necessary. We sometimes ask for the area in which the customer is based and for applicants age. This is to find the suitable location and time of the class.
